ACTIVATOR SOLUTION Ingredients: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Triethanolamine, Phosphoric Acid, C12-13 Pareth-9.
Directions
1. Prepare the eyebrow area. 2. Apply the colour evenly. 3. Blend for a natural look.
